Spirits Awaken Across the Globe, but My Magikarp Still Carries the Team

[Pokemon fan fiction, new worldbuilding, new settings]

[Genius protagonist + feel-good story + information advantage + growth + everyday life]

Fang Yu wakes up to discover that he has transmigrated to a world invaded by Pokemon, and that he possesses Pokemon knowledge no one else in the world knows.

When people turn eighteen, they can awaken a Pokemon that is naturally fond of them. Those with potential are given the responsibility of fighting the invaders and reclaiming lost territory. They are known as Trainers.

"There are no useless Pokemon, only useless Trainers" is Fang Yu's creed.

There is no doubt about it: he's a top-tier Trainer.

No matter which Pokemon he awakens, he's confident he can help it soar.
