The White Paper Beneath the Camphor Tree

School life + youth + sweet romance

Xinghua High School, a provincial-level key school, is known for the two rows of camphor trees on campus, each nearly thirty years old. When the leaves fall in autumn, the school paths become a “golden corridor,” a popular photo spot for students. The story takes place during the students’ second year of high school, as academic pressure mounts and the crucial subject-track selection draws near.
