Steward of the People

Qi Tongwei, a deliveryman running in a heavy rain, Hou Liang, a courier who delivers packages to the lover of his dreams, and Chen Ping, a security guard who silently guards the community, are three lower-level fellows who are angry at a conflict and determined to "take the public exam". However, fate took a turn: the two graduated from prestigious schools, but Qi Tongwei took the lead in infiltrating the system as a non-staff social worker. He rose through the ranks with his market wisdom, but was gradually corrupted by power; the other two struggled to move forward between ideals and rules.
