I Transmigrated into Journey to the West and Became the Golden Cudgel

[The good news: I've transmigrated to the world of Journey to the West! The bad news: I've become a stick!] I woke up to find my consciousness trapped inside the Ruyi Jingu Bang, the legendary golden cudgel of Sun Wukong. But in this post-Journey to the West era, Heaven is corrupt, the sacred mountain is shrouded in darkness, and demons run rampant, all while serving as pawns of the gods and Buddhas. The old Flower-Fruit Mountain lies in ruins, and only one naive little monkey sees me as his last hope of finding the Great Sage Equal to Heaven. So be it. Even as a mere stick, I'll pierce this lightless firmament! Watch as my rusted body devours demons and evil spirits, staining the road with blood as I accompany him and call forth the name of the Great Sage once more!
