My Little Pony: the Physician's Treatment Manual

Another entry from Carbine, this is a pony world where ponies are at the bottom. Celestia, Luna Rhymes, and Discord became evil gods, and there was also a cult that believed in them, the Sun and Moon Cult, which included pegasus, earth pony, thestrals, seahorses, zebras and other pony races. The ponies in them often killed people in an organized manner, which was a bit crazy. The protagonist follows this pony medical manual to find M6 and the others, trying to understand and solve the problems of this world. The full text of Chapter 18 of Volume 1, page 365, mentions that unicorns have long been extinct, but Chapter 1 of Volume 2 mentions a land of unicorns. Basically, they are all unicorns but cannot use magic. The ponies inside are also aware of the existence outside. The full text of Volume 2, Chapter 5, page 461, also says that Twilight has been to Manehattan, which is somewhat contradictory to the previous statement that unicorns are extinct. I don't know how to explain the carbine. There is no mention of the Qilin horse yet. I don't know if it is extinct. Also, I accidentally typed the wrong word in the above comment and I didn't want to delete it and rewrite it. Just change "this book" where the protagonist chases the light to have one.

So cool! This is the first time I've seen this kind of fanfic that is obviously about ponies but has a completely different worldview and plot line! This is a fan!
