Humanity Is Extinct, and the Machines Want to Become Human

When humanity went extinct,

the AIs left behind had no purpose.

They had to create humanity,

they thought.

So they created androids.

But the androids had no human emotions.

They were not human.

So, to turn androids into humans,

the AIs created a simulated society.

Someone had to become human.

That was every android’s purpose.

When someone gave up that purpose,

he became human.
