Xu Xiao, a veteran Delta Force player, transmigrates by accident to a parallel world strikingly similar to the game. Here, the “Warfare Zone” is no longer a virtual battlefield, but a real hell where fate can be changed and every moment is a test of life and death. Only those who successfully extract can become GTI operatives with “Operative powers” and establish themselves amid resource raids and factional conflicts.
When Xu Xiao first arrives at Zero Dam, he has only a tactical knife to face patrols and encirclement by the Asala Guards. At his darkest moment, he unexpectedly awakens the “Warfare Zone Rising System.” Its missions guide him to find supplies and gear, while also granting him special abilities that can turn the tide of battle. From competing for supplies in Longbow Valley to factional clashes at the Space City, Xu Xiao makes a name for himself with his gaming experience and the System's support, but also gets drawn into the secret rivalries among the Hafk Corporation, the Asala Guards, and various operative factions.
As he explores further, a shocking truth comes to light: the merging of the parallel world with reality is part of a conspiracy by a mysterious organization seeking to rule both worlds, and Xu Xiao's System is the key to thwarting it. To protect the peace of both worlds, he gathers like-minded allies and forms a faction, launching a counterattack in the Warfare Zone. From grueling preparations to the final battle, Xu Xiao leads the alliance against the mysterious organization's overwhelming forces and foils its grand conspiracy with his tactical brilliance and combat prowess, becoming a hero to both worlds.
Yet peace does not bring the adventure to an end. A new mission from the System points to an even more mysterious realm. Bidding farewell to his comrades, Xu Xiao sets out with courage and an open mind on a new journey as a GTI operative. What kind of legend will he write in the next land engulfed by war?
Not bad, but what does this have to do with Delta?
