In Hong Kong in the 1970s, there was a mixture of good and bad, opportunities and dangers coexisting. The elderly "He Yisheng" sitting in the hall (the leader) suddenly became critically ill. Undercurrents surged within the society, and the three major factions were eyeing him. Shen Jingyan, the adopted son who originally only wanted to run a small bar and stay away from the world, was forced into this storm of power because of his adoptive father's deathbed request and a brutal attack on his loved ones.
