After an NPC’s Ribs Were Claimed, the Entire Immortal Realm Was Made to Pay

[No CP, punishing scumbags, heroine’s progression, ensemble of women, not invincible, no romance, no misogyny or pandering to men; read with caution if these bother you]

I lent Xiao Yan the rib in front of my heart to save his life. Two years later, not only had he failed to return it, he sent people to abduct my nine-year-old sister and force her to marry him as a good-luck charm. That was when I realized this world was a game. They were players, but nobody knew that I was a special NPC who could hunt players and take their abilities.

Xu Shuyang still remembered how, in front of everyone in the sect, an elder of the Xiao family had knelt before her and tearfully promised her a trillion.

Pressured by her sect, she had kindly lent them the rib in front of her heart.

It was forged into her life-bound treasure, the Azure Fields Blue Scarf, and saved the life of the Xiao family’s sole heir.

They had promised to return it after a year.

Two years later, no one in the world remembered what had happened. Everyone else was doing just fine.

The heir had become a heaven-blessed prodigy, while she was left with no ability to cultivate, pain in her ribs,

and a bone missing from her body.

“I just want my bone back,” she thought.

This was her first time down the mountain in nine years.

When she lent them her rib, her only request was that they send her piggy bank home to her family.

But not only had her family never received it,

her little sister, who was only nine, was being abducted by the Xiao family’s thugs to be forced into a wedding that would bring good fortune to their heir!

They said that years ago, a villain had planted a silver needle in the heir’s brain,

and that he needed to unite yin and yang with a woman born under a compatible Eight Characters chart...

Most despairing of all, Xu Shuyang and the others had all transmigrated into this world!

But they were players, while she was the lowest-level NPC!

Until one day, Xu Shuyang discovered that after she killed a player, she could take his abilities.

Then everything changed.
