You Asked Me to Be Your Mount, and I Talked a Sage into a State of Shock

Chen Xuan transmigrated to the prehistoric world and became the Azure Ox under the seat of the Grand Supreme Elder Lord, the very ox that was soon to carry him west through Hangu Pass! He thought he had landed the greatest iron rice bowl of all time, but then the Great Dao Script activated, and he discovered that everything from the Dragon-Han calamity to the Journey to the West had been arranged by Hongjun. Even the Sages were just pieces on his board! And this Azure Ox was ultimately destined to be converted by the Buddhist sect and reduced to a mere mount. What a disgrace! With Laozi about to leave the pass and embark on the one-way journey of “transforming the barbarians into Buddhists,” Chen Xuan stamped a hoof and spoke in human words: “Master, don’t leave the pass! The Two Sages of the West have been scheming for ages. If you go, you’ll be taking the fortune of our Eastern lands to fill the holes in their merit!” Grand Supreme Elder Lord: “???” Hongjun: “???” The Two Sages of the West: “Damn it! Who let the secret slip!?” From then on, the entire prehistoric world went completely off the rails. A seemingly simple-minded Azure Ox lounged in the Tusita Palace, lazily chewing grass, while secretly advising Sages, plotting for the ages, and stirring up turmoil across the Three Realms!
