People's religion refused: People's religion values "purity and inaction", and seeing his "evil spirit rising to the sky", he directly rejected him;
Chasing and killing by Chanjiao: Chanjiao regards himself as "eliminating demons and protecting the Tao". When Baihetongzi and other disciples saw him, they raised their swords to kill him, calling him "a great harm to heaven and earth";
