[Marines + Float-Float Fruit + System + no bleeding-heart heroics + decisive and ruthless + lighthearted comedy][hand-to-hand combat + swordsmanship + Haki + mastery of multiple Devil Fruit abilities][scheming][silver-tongued][the Straw Hat Pirates' lifelong nemesis]
Before his transmigration, Liu De was an extreme sports streamer. After transmigrating, he became a streamer in the pirate world.
He keeps pushing his limits with the help of livestream donations.
Completing System missions also earns him rewards, which can be exchanged for shopping credits to buy items such as Supreme Grade Swords and Devil Fruits.
At the Summit War, he punches Marco, kicks Jinbe, takes Whitebeard's head, and becomes the new hero of the Marines.
He swindles Doflamingo out of five billion berries.
Livestream sales: he sells tobacco and alcohol from the pirate world to earn stat points.
What? You even sold the Straw Hat Pirates' Thousand Sunny!
Aokiji: “Where's my bicycle?” Liu De: “Sold it.”
Livestream duels: he takes on streamers from worlds such as Dragon Ball, Naruto, and One-Punch Man in timed battles.
Pirate World Experience Pass: he brings his top donor to experience the pirate world.
With careful planning, he drags the entire Marine high command into the fight against the World Government.
Akainu as the new Fleet Admiral? Sorry, I want my fans to see Aokiji become Fleet Admiral!
“Move Marine Headquarters to the New World? No need. I'll just move the entire island of Marineford to the New World, so we can face the pirates there with two fortresses.”
Garp: “The title of hero of the Marines is yours now, kid.”
Sengoku: “You little brat, stop causing trouble!”
“Big Sister Tashigi, this Wado Ichimonji of Zoro's is yours.”
Kaido and Big Mom: “Be my son-in-law...”
