Professor, Can I Coast Through This Class?

Xu Fanxing’s plan to coast through an easy class backfires! Professor Gu Yanci, the icy academic, catches her drawing cats in class, and the threat of failing looms!

Then she stumbles upon a scene that shatters his cool persona: the aloof professor is crouched on the sports field petting a cat, and the imported food he’s feeding it is the very brand she mentioned on her social media!

From then on, the man who won’t let a single punctuation mark slide in her thesis puts cat-paw stickers in her notes; the man who refuses every gift keeps her favorite strawberry candies hidden in his desk; the sharp-tongued, poker-faced academic turns into a flustered mess searching for a bandage when she needs one.

Their two kittens go all out to play matchmaker: when she gets sick, he brings a doctor to her door in the middle of the night; when one runs away, he searches with her all night; and one even brushes against his notebook, revealing the classroom doodles of hers he’s treasured for years.

From skiving student to R&D director, from icy professor to devoted husband, she only understands when he slips a cat-paw wedding ring onto her finger: the bag of cat food he went three blocks out of his way to buy was all part of a plan born from a crush long ago. Nothing is sweeter than a love that grows gently over time!
