Although the protagonist may be the most miserable among this time travellers, the character creation is very successful. I really appreciate that Meng Qianyuan is calm and self-possessed, and has a head, not a simple love brain; Ye Nanxi has a sense of responsibility as a major general, and his vigilance is really well shaped, and he will not be less vigilant just because the other party saves him. This is really in line with the character of a major general in my mind (my description is not accurate, and those who want to see it should explore it for themselves).
The descriptions of some scenes, as well as the clues about the Dark Star Project, and the details in Meng Qianyuan's search for clues, are all very well described (so good that I can't help but wonder if the author, you, have personally experienced [thinking]).
There are relatively few emotional lines for the protagonist, but there are still some. Most of them are involved in the Dark Star Project, and they are very delicate. (Especially the conversation between Ye Nanxi and Meng Qianyuan after she woke up really gave me a warm and funny feeling [laughing and crying]).
