Also known as The Record of Extraordinary Abilities
In 2025, the city is still bustling with traffic. Office workers on the subway scroll through the morning news, while hot coffee steams in convenience stores. No one knows that another secret world is hidden in the folds of their peaceful daily lives.
The archives of the National Bureau of Special Affairs list hundreds of people with extraordinary abilities: a power-grid technician who can manipulate electricity, an undercover criminal investigator who can turn invisible for short periods, a psychological counselor who can sense emotional fluctuations... Hidden among ordinary people, they either infiltrate the dark web to track crimes involving extraordinary abilities or use their powers to protect lives at disaster sites. They all share one secret identity: agents of the National Bureau of Special Affairs.
