Starcore Cat Pact
A century after the Star Calamity, the Starcore Continent lies in ruin: starcores are shattered, calamity vines spread, and the “Astral Spirit Cats” who once stood alongside humanity have nearly vanished. The few remaining Star Speakers are the continent's last hope.
Lin Ye, a boy from Rustiron City, accidentally forms a star pact with Lanrong, a blue-phosphorus Astral Spirit Cat. Thanks to his “Star-Speech Vision,” which lets him see particles of astral energy, he struggles to survive among heaps of scrap machinery and while hunted by Star Calamity cultists. During an adventure in Forbidden Star Valley, he awakens a dormant Starcore Altar, but also uncovers an even greater crisis: the cultists have stolen the Eastern Continent's core starcore and plan to awaken a Star Calamity Behemoth capable of devouring the entire continent.
To stop the catastrophe, Lin Ye sets out with Lanrong. Along the way, they gather the orange-furred messenger Chengguo, the purification expert Yinxue, the shadow scout Moying, the plant guardian Qinghe, the crimson-flame warrior Chiyan, and the amethyst sealer Zijing. Each of the seven Astral Spirit Cats has a unique ability, and together with their Star Speaker companions, they form a guardian squad. They venture into a starship graveyard to activate the Star Cat Main Pact Platform, fight their way through an ambush in Starcore Canyon, and enter the bloodstained Guardian Camp to rescue an elder. At last, they gather the power of the Astral Spirit Cats in the Star Calamity Temple, reactivate the Star Cat Main Pact Array, and successfully seal the Star Calamity Behemoth.
But the danger is not over. The remnants of the Star Calamity launch a covert attack on the Main Pact Array's weak points, revealing the shocking secrets of the “alien envoys” and the “Star Calamity Vanguard Theory.” Lin Ye and the Astral Spirit Cats set out once more, heading for the frozen starcore plains of the Northern Continent to search for clues about alien civilization. The ultimate battle to protect the fate of the Starcore Continent has only just begun...
