The Stars Fall Silent, but I Cannot Sleep

In their second year of high school, top student Jiang Xingci fell in love with Wen Yimian at first sight. After bravely pursuing her, the two became the envy of the whole school. Jiang Xingci was not only the gentlest boyfriend, but also the most patient top student, personally tutoring Wen Yimian in her studies. But their happiness didn't last. At the end of their second year, Wen Yimian's mother discovered their relationship and forcibly put a stop to it. Wen Yimian was made to transfer schools, and the two were suddenly torn apart.

Before parting, they promised to meet again at A University. They buried all their longing and love deep in their hearts and quietly worked toward that goal. A year later, they reunited after receiving their acceptance letters from A University. Time had not diminished their love, and Jiang Xingci's gaze still burned for her.

This time, nothing stood in their way. They also had a lively group of friends around them who sincerely cared for one another.
