On his eighteenth birthday, Jiang Fan gets no surprise gift. Instead, his childhood sweetheart publicly calls off their engagement!
Wang Hao, a wealthy young heir, puts an arm around Jiang Fan's fiancée and pelts him with banknotes, mocking him that his father is just a lame cook and his family belongs in the slums.
The humiliations keep coming. Thugs harass the family diner, then a bulldozer razes it to the ground. Jiang Fan himself is kidnapped, his fate unknown!
Just as everyone thinks the family is about to be ground into the dirt, the lame father who has spent half his life silently cooking at the stove digs a military-issue metal box out of the rubble. It has been sealed away for twenty years.
When the box opens, the honors inside are enough to awe anyone! A mysterious phone call is made, and a trembling voice answers: "Old squad leader, where are you? I'll bring people over right away!"
The military district is thrown into an uproar, and powerful figures gather from every direction! Only then does Wang Hao realize in horror that the man he provoked isn't just a cook. He's a legend who can turn the world upside down with a single stomp!
