Half a Life x Reverse: 1999
(It's my first time writing a book, so please be understanding if there are any rough spots.)
-------Official synopsis below--------
“They once told me I was crazy.”
“They locked me up.”
“They drugged me.”
“Then they abandoned me.”
“All because of the way I handled things.”
“My way of life.”
“My family.”
“My morals.”
“They destroyed everything.”
“Then the United Army came.”
“They were willing to listen to me.”
“They told me that my problems were of the mind, not the soul.”
“I was innocent.”
“To get this job, I only had to give up one thing.”
“My humanity.”
“Some people would say...”
“I never had any humanity to begin with.”
It's more to my liking, but I don't think so when the author said at the beginning that even readers who haven't played the two games don't have to worry. The article only provides some introduction to the background of HL2, but the introduction to 1999 is very sparse. If you haven't played 1999, you will be confused (like me): Why do they fight? They are not buddies; do they have to fight if they are not buddies? This may be the reason for the small number of readers. I hope the author can add more introductions to 1999. Pick up the jar 😎 Throw the can in the trash can 😤 Salty rice, prepare to face legal trial😡 Very good work, made me throw away AR3 and hunter wrestling 💀
One of the few good books about half-life
Has the author gone to find AR3? Just like Half-Life 3, the author has become a ghost of the Combine. Half-Life 3 will be released when this book is finished. Is this some kind of monthly program?
Give yourself five stars first😋
Precious Half-Life fanfic... The only problem is that it's better - slower - more articulate -
No, no, no, I am undoubtedly excited🤓
Very beautiful, one of the few half-lived ones
A good book with a well-written protagonist
