The God of War, revered by countless immortals and worshipped with endless offerings, was unexpectedly latched onto by an evil ghost. The ghost was clingy beyond belief: impossible to evade or shake off. Even the God of War, fighting with all his might, could not harm it in the slightest.
In a fit of rage, the God of War simply overturned the Ghost Realm. He meant to strike fear into the lesser fiends, but never imagined this would give the evil ghost an opening. Amid the chaos, it seized the throne of the Netherworld Lord.
At the time, the Immortal Realm was in turmoil and had no attention to spare for anything else. The evil ghost grew increasingly brazen, until it was finally sealed away by force.
Years later, the seal shattered and the evil ghost broke free. The first thing it did was rush to find the God of War and avenge its imprisonment.
