She keeps testing Dottore’s nerves, using her maxed-out intellect to figure out how to “efficiently” win over the mad scientist, while also maintaining her regal authority and furiously mapping out Snezhnaya’s railways, factories, and new energy sources as if she were typing code, bringing modern management ideas to the nation.
