Li Mubai is an ordinary deliveryman who accidentally joins Three Realms Express, taking on delivery jobs for the human, celestial, and ghost realms. Though they are called deliveries, they are really a path to immortality. From a fox spirit's local chicken to the Kitchen God’s Nine-Turn Incense Pill, he gradually discovers his spiritual roots. Along the way, his delivery work shows him the gap between what people understand and reality, leading to one laugh-out-loud mishap after another. As his abilities grow and business across the three realms keeps changing, Li Mubai takes on all kinds of jobs in those realms, willingly or otherwise. The trials he faces at work gradually become his own path to immortality.
