Kasuga Chihiro transfers to the ultra-exclusive Ouran High School as a piano prodigy, hoping to enjoy a peaceful school life. But after getting lost one day, he wanders into the legendary “Host Club’s” home: Music Room Three.

Gentle and a little awkward, he is half-persuaded, half-pressured into becoming the Host Club’s seventh member by the club president Suoh Tamaki’s declaration of “a fateful encounter!” and the Hitachiin twins’ threat to treat him as “a fun new toy.” He is given the unique role of “the neighborhood’s musical prince.”

Without the refined air of an aristocrat and unfamiliar with dangerous games of flirtation, Chihiro relies on nothing but a piano and a sincere heart. In his own corner, he plays relaxing melodies and listens to the guests’ everyday troubles. His arrival unexpectedly brings a new, laid-back atmosphere to the dazzling Host Club: he plays delightful duets with the twins, performs lullabies for the gluttonous upperclassman Honey, helps Fujioka Haruhi hold a “Commoners’ Tea Party,” and even turns down President Suoh Tamaki’s overly extravagant “image makeover” plan...

This is a lighthearted slice-of-life story about youth, music, and friendship. Watch as Kasuga Chihiro uses the black and white keys to play his own warm melodies in the dreamlike Host Club, and joins its members, each with their own distinct style, in creating a never-ending chorus of laughter at Ouran High School.
