In the age of ancient mythology, the gods and demons waged war to seize dominion over Heaven and Earth. The heavenly god Chi Yuan was banished to the mortal realm for defying the Heavenly Emperor's orders and secretly releasing a young demon. He lost his memories and became a mortal hunter named Yun Yuan. The demon princess Li Yue infiltrated the human world to find her missing younger brother, and unexpectedly crossed paths with Yun Yuan. Unaware of each other's true identities, they came to know and understand one another, and were drawn into a vast conspiracy threatening the survival of all three realms. From the human world to Heaven, from the demon domain to the underworld, they gradually uncovered the secrets behind their identities and exposed a shocking deception that had been in the making for tens of thousands of years: gods and demons shared the same origin, and the true purpose of the war was to conceal a terrifying truth capable of upending all three realms.
