This is a lighthearted story about farming, crossbreeding, and evolution, and ultimately overturning the apocalypse with an army of plants.
The crimson fog descends, civilization collapses, and zombies run rampant. Lin Shen, who returned to his hometown to farm, unexpectedly awakens the [World Tree Seed] in his heart.
While others scavenge for food in the ruins and struggle to survive with guns and cannons, Lin Shen takes a very different approach:

“Sunflower, come snuggle up with this pitcher plant! Great, you’re now the ‘Light-Energy Devourer.’ You’re in charge of the base’s power and security from now on!”
From using man-eating plants to guard his home, to growing war treants that sweep away entire armies,
he weaves vines into fortresses and commands the battlefield with roots. In a silent wasteland, he somehow grows a vibrant “oasis” from the ground up!
