An unusual current in the waters at 30° north latitude disturbs the tranquility of the deep sea. Captain Barnacles leads the Octonauts on an investigation, where they unexpectedly discover the wreckage of the sunken DEEP-07 submersible and a mysterious blue-glowing “Deep Blue Crystal” hidden in an abyssal cave. As they explore further, they uncover not only the truth behind the submersible’s sinking, a plot by Blackstone Technologies to create an “ecological weapon” using the crystal’s energy and deep-sea microorganisms, but also the secret connection between the crystal and an ancient deep-sea civilization.
From an emergency interception near a hydrothermal vent to a life-or-death standoff in the cave, each crew member contributes their strengths. Kwazii uses his keen instincts to help scout the way, Peso deciphers ancient symbols and energy data, Tweak modifies equipment and builds protective and detection tools, while Alan, a newly joined survivor from DEEP-07, brings crucial old records and emergency plans. As they fight Blackstone Technologies, they gradually unlock the ancient civilization’s wisdom of “coexistence”: the crystal must work in tandem with the “Source Core” to stabilize its energy and maintain the deep-sea ecological balance.
When the ruins of the third “Crystal Heart” and the core energy source come to light, the Octonauts not only activate the energy matrix and protect the ecological legacy of the ancient civilization, but also bring crystal technology to the shallows, restoring bleached coral reefs and protecting ecosystems across different seas. Along the way, the bonds between the friends grow stronger. Barnacles and Kwazii look out for one another, while Peso and Tweak develop a growing rapport. Their friendship gives them strength in the face of danger.
From abyssal caves to shallow-water coral reefs, from solving ancient riddles to taking on modern technological conspiracies, the Octonauts always uphold the principle of “protecting
Each chapter of this book seems to be finished, but each chapter is not finished; each chapter seems to have nothing to do with the next chapter, but it also seems to have a lot to do with it. I occasionally give out sweets. My evaluation is very good.
