Reborn: I Fight Organized Crime in Handong

A modern soul accidentally transmigrates into In the Name of the People and becomes Qi Tongwei, trapped in a desperate situation. Sha Ruijin has just arrived, and Hou Liangping’s transfer order is on its way. Danger lurks everywhere. Meanwhile, Gao Qiqiang of the Jinghai Shengqiang Group from The Knockout is watching him closely, while the drug network of Dongshan’s Tazhai Village from The Thunder continues to spread in secret.

Facing what seems like certain death, he decisively burns the evidence of his past crimes and builds alliances. He persuades his mentor, Gao Yuliang, to join forces for their mutual protection and strikes a tactical alliance with his political rival, Li Dakang. In the name of fighting organized crime and drug trafficking, he sets out to turn the tables.

He skillfully redirects Hou Liangping’s attention and incites infighting among the criminal forces, sweeping through Jingzhou with an iron fist and setting his sights on Tazhai. Riding the surging tides of power and gunfire, he leverages every opportunity to climb to the top. He not only intends to nip the offensives of Sha Ruijin and Hou Liangping in the bud, but also to eliminate every enemy at home and abroad and amass immense political capital.

This is a high-octane comeback from beginning to end. From director of the Public Security Department to the most powerful man in Handong, he plans every step carefully. As he fights for survival in politics, on the battlefield, and in business, he charges ahead until he is crowned king and surveys the shifting landscape.
