In 20■■, with the launch of the Edita 2 project, the Foundation discovered a new divine entity that was affecting several parallel universes and triggered a series of butterfly effects. As a result, technology has failed to dominate human development in these universes. Instead, thaumaturgy became the force that dominated the world. Even peer organizations similar to the Foundation failed to form in these worlds. Seeing this situation, the O5 Council decided to establish a new department: the Department of Foreign World Exploration. This department is dedicated to exploring these previously undiscovered worlds and trying to gain new resources from them to fight the next supernatural war. As the plan progressed, the Foundation's power began to gradually penetrate into these worlds and station troops and establish sites. However, as the Foundation site Area-14 was invaded by an unknown force and caused extremely strong space fluctuations, a team that came to stabilize the situation was involved in the space-time rift caused by the space fluctuations. Little does this team know, their story with this world has just begun.
