Business queen Su Wan wakes up in 1986!
There are no twisted metals, only a dilapidated state-owned restaurant and a bunch of oddballs waiting to laugh at her!
But for a top CEO, is this really a dead end? It's an untapped golden empire!
She sets out to build a business empire from her restaurant:
[Staff]: Lazy old hands who slack off on the job → a loyal fighting force ready to grab rolling pins for their manager! Combat power up 300%!
[Kitchen]: Arrogant local kingpins → conquered by her god-tier cooking skills, they beg and plead to develop new dishes, becoming a Michelin-level core team! Innovation up 500%!
[Supply Chain]: Crooked purchasing agents → cut off their dirty dealings, go straight to the production teams, and establish a green lifeline with 100% freshness! Costs down 40%!
[Dishes]: The same three greasy old dishes → the citywide sensation, copper-pot hotpot! Appeal MAX!
[Restaurant]: A rundown mess on the verge of closing → a gold-lettered brand designated by city leaders to host guests, with daily revenue soaring a hundredfold!
Who says state-owned restaurants can only wait to die?
I, Su Wan, will turn this rundown restaurant into the nation's number one food empire in this golden age!
My goal is to see the Red Star Restaurant sign hanging in every corner of the country!
It's still ok. I haven't finished it yet but the pace is a bit fast. The space is limited so some connections are a bit jumpy. If I make this a long outline and add some foreshadowing, grasp the rhythm and the writing style, I think it will be a very good novel. I originally wanted 4 stars but why no one has rated it?
