The soul of modern society is the third son of Jiajing, Yu Wang Zhu Zaijing (the historical Longqing Emperor). He originally wanted to be a wealthy and idle king, but was forced to "involution" all the way, and eventually turned the Ming Dynasty into a steampunk version of the Empire on which the Sun Never Sets.
