Game designer Yu Chen receives a mysterious invitation from his former colleague Ke Ming to test a groundbreaking immersive horror game, Nightmare's Edge, unaware that he is walking into a carefully laid trap. After putting on a specially designed VR headset, Yu Chen is forcibly transported into the game world. Trapped in one of its horror scenarios, he is told by the System that he can log out only after completing the main quest. On the eerie streets of a small town in the first scenario, Yu Chen unexpectedly reunites with Qi Lin, the ex-boyfriend he parted with on bad terms five years ago. Forced to set aside their past grievances, the two face the horrors of the scenario together. Meanwhile, Mo Yunzhou, the game company's CEO, watches everything coldly from the monitoring room in the real world, hinting that a far more sinister conspiracy lies behind this “game test.”
It's very interesting. I really love the setting of this real game with two male protagonists. Great support for the author [sending my heart]
