Dimensional Fault

What you are about to open is no ordinary book. It is an observation log, a projection from a lower dimension, and perhaps a bone-chillingly cold mirror.

This book stems from an unsettling hypothesis: existence itself may be built upon an infinite hierarchy of layers. Each layer believes itself to be real, yet is merely the product of a narrative created by a higher-dimensional existence, subject to its absolute indifference and condescension. We move from the struggles of the three-dimensional realm, through the arrogance and collapse of the four-dimensional heirs, and ultimately touch upon the possible limitations and doubts faced by the five-dimensional “metaphysical beings” themselves.

This is not a tale of interstellar wars or wondrous adventures. It explores a more fundamental dystopia: a despairing oppression born from physical laws and the differences between dimensions themselves. Its merciless metanarrative structure is meant to make you reflect: as you look upon the insignificance of the characters in this book, are you yourself also beneath the gaze of some higher narrative?

Remember, by reading this book, you may be tacitly participating in this recursive hierarchy of contempt. May you survive it and find your own “meaning,” insignificant yet vital.
