In My Heart, the Road Is Long

It tells the story of how Chen Shouren (father, born in 1963) and Li Xiulan (mother, born in 1963) got married in 1983, and how they struggled to survive and raise their four children - Chen Zhaodi (87 years), Chen Pandi (himself, 88 years), Chen Laidi (90 years), and Chen Dongliang (95 years) - as adults. It shows the ups and downs of personal destiny and the resilience of the family under the changing times. In the end, everyone finds their own "good ending" that is not necessarily traditional but has inner peace after experiencing hardships.
