Night Sha, a top surgeon, dies unexpectedly. His soul is chosen by the mysterious "Abyssal Will" and becomes its agent in the mortal world. His left eye transforms into the "Abyssal Eye," which can discern the essence of all things, and he meets three extraordinary companions: Prison Fang, who can break barriers; Shadowweave, who commands the mysteries of space; and Mountain Warden, protector of the earth.
He is cast into a strange dimension called Infinite Space, where he carries out System missions and travels through bizarre instances such as a rusted hospital, a mirror maze, and a collapsing planetary core. However, Night Sha gradually realizes that Infinite Space is actually a vast prison holding ancient beings captive, the System is its caretaker, and the Abyss is a force that restores balance.
As factions vie for power, including the Holy Temple's light of order, the End of Magic Legion's tides of chaos, and the Immortal Sect's secret schemes, Night Sha uses a doctor's precise reasoning and the insight granted by the Abyss to dissect the rules and restore balance. He sees this world as a vast surgical operation. His goal is not destruction, but to use the Abyss's power to reconcile conflict and guide this scarred prison world toward a new era of coexistence.
