A “frail scholar” who can't fight his way out of a paper bag or even unscrew a bottle cap gets bullied every day. At the recycling station in his apartment complex, he finds a tattered “martial arts manual” that connects to a real world of high martial arts. By “feeding” it discarded exercise equipment, industrial waste, and other junk, he accidentally provides that world with “divine weapons” and “peerless martial arts.” He becomes the “mysterious and unfathomable” “Martial God” of that world, but in real life, he's still a “little weakling” who gets bullied.
