Rule Horror: I Write a Perfect Score on the Terrifying Exam

Halfway through writing my college entrance exam essay, the text on the paper suddenly twisted and rearranged itself into blood-red rules:

[Rule 1: Do not look the proctor in the eyes, or your head will automatically rotate 180 degrees.]

[Rule 2: If you hear someone behind you calling your name, immediately answer, “I’m here.” Otherwise, you will be dragged into the wall.] A chilling announcement sounded over the classroom intercom: [The Dragon Kingdom’s contestant has triggered an S-rank exam-hall urban legend. The era of rules becoming reality has begun nationwide.]

When I became the only survivor, the System announced: [The Dragon Kingdom’s contestant has uncovered a hidden rule. National Fate points awarded: +100.] As I watched the people cheering in the livestream, I noticed another set of completely contradictory rules printed on the supply crate I’d exchanged my National Fate points for.
