Rule Horror: I Write Annotations in a Bizarre World

Never look directly into a mirror, and never say your own name aloud.

You think following the rules will keep you alive, but someone has already changed them.

Layered incidents descend, randomly pulling people inside. The only way to survive is to follow the rules, even when they are incomplete.

Risk analyst Gu Xing awakens the “Annotation” talent, but every time he uses it, something watches him more intently. A hospital blackout lasting three minutes, an empty train car, a guesthouse with a five-star checkout rating... Every instance forces him to fill in the missing line.

When he discovers that someone is tampering with the rules and engineering fear, the real game has only just begun: the audience is waiting for him to fail.
