Wen Mo, courtesy name Yanqing, was a top graduate of the Archaeological Appraisal Department at Huaxia University. Brilliant and exceptionally gifted, he excelled in the study of ancient inscriptions and bronzes. After graduating, he opened the Wenmo Pavilion in Qingxi Lane, North City. Anything that passed before his eyes was instantly judged genuine or fake, earning him the nickname “Wen the One-Glance Appraiser.”
A tiny ancient cauldron drew him into a mystery surrounding antiquities that had remained unsolved for ten years.
With his discerning eye, he identified countless rare treasures and rose to the top of Huaxia’s four great appraisal masters. Yet he often called himself “nothing more than a fool who likes talking to people of the past.”
