Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are surrounded and attacked at the Burial Mounds. Wei Wuxian leaps off a cliff, and Lan Wangji follows him. As they fall, Wei Wuxian sighs, “Lan Zhan, why are you so foolish? I’m not worth it.” Lan Wangji replies, “Wei Ying, you are worth it.” Moved by their devotion, the Heavenly Dao sends them to the world of The Journey of Flower.
In this new world, they meet Hua Qiangu and Bai Zihua. Wei Wuxian’s humor wins everyone over, while Lan Wangji earns their respect with his composure. They help Hua Qiangu and Bai Zihua untangle their romantic complications while facing threats from the demon realm. Through it all, Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji grow even closer, protecting one another as they write a story of love and devotion that spans worlds.
