Supernatural power/folklore variation: There is an ancient symbiotic fungal network ("earth mother hyphae") underground in the ancient village of "Yueyue Ao" in the deep mountains. It relies on the nutrients of biological corpses to hibernate, and is activated by sound waves of specific frequencies (such as mine resonance, specific folk songs) or large amounts of rain to release spores. After the spores invade an organism, they control the behavior of the host, causing it to "bury" itself alive (dig a hole and lie down in it) and become new nutrients for mycelium. In the later stages of infection, the host's body will be alienated, with some limbs becoming lignified, and the mind being replaced by the collective consciousness of mycelium, forming a "living corpse".
