After working late night after night to finish a project, Su Jinhe, a marketing director at a major company, finally gets a day off. But when she wakes up, she has transmigrated into the ancient world as Su Jinhe, the legitimate daughter of the Yongning Marquis's household, who shares her name.
The original Su Jinhe is the marquis's only legitimate daughter, but her mother died young, her father favors others, and her stepmother, Madam Liu, joins forces with her half-sister, Su Wanrou, to suppress her. Timid and weak-willed, she not only loses control of the household, but also sees her loyal maid framed and driven away. Her half-sister nearly steals her betrothal, too, before an “accident” leaves her gravely ill after she falls into the water.
As an accomplished young woman of the 22nd century, Su Jinhe secretly swears to turn everything around, crush the troublemakers, and, while she's at it... have a passionate romance in this ancient world!
Some man: ?... That really is quite a passionate romance.
