The Gods Rise to Power

In a world running out of resources, everyone can awaken a supernatural ability. The male protagonist, Lin Chen, awakens the ability of Ghost God, a superior-grade power. With the Banner of Ten Thousand Souls in hand, he can summon underworld enforcers and celestial soldiers to fight. He can also use the banner to absorb people's souls and turn them into soul power. Once his soul power reaches a certain level, he can invite gods or ancestors to possess him. But the quality of his Ghost God ability is unknown, so his classmates mock him and his girlfriend breaks up with him. In a fit of rage, the male protagonist takes down his girlfriend's beloved and fights for justice in the city.
