In Shanghai in 1927, Su Wanqing, a "crazy physics girl" who had returned from studying abroad, was squatting in a laboratory in the French Concession using an abacus to "calculate black holes" when an "alien express box" dropped from the sky and smashed through the roof. There were no interstellar specialties in the box, only a scolding metal egg (self-proclaimed "Ball") and half an interstellar bill that read "Earth is about to be signed for by express delivery."
In order to understand these "peepshows", Su Wanqing was forced to tie up with Gu Yanchen, the newly moved "returnee elite" next door. This person appeared to be a manager of a foreign bank, but in fact he carried a laser-emitting pocket watch in his suit pocket.
Since then, Shanghai Tang's painting style has completely gone astray:
- The warlord master's tank was transformed by Su Wanqing into an "electromagnetic pancake truck" with green onions sprayed into the barrel;
- Gu Yanchen used a Tesla coil to power Paramount, which caused the dancers to collectively float on the ceiling and dance tango;
- The mysterious organization "Blue Dragon Society" is chasing after them, and the leader is actually a Qing Dynasty zombie wearing VR glasses (self-proclaimed "the time and space corrector from 2077");
- And that metal egg not only peeked at Su Wanqing taking a bath, but also threatened to transform the Huangpu River into a "Gamma Galaxy Milk Tea Base."
When Su Wanqing discovered that Gu Yanchen's true identity was a "descendant of an interstellar courier" and that his grandfather was actually the Republic of China's version of an "alien liaison", the couple realized that the so-called "hard-core love" not only had to fight against warlords, spies, and strange aliens, but also
