A cute, lively girl × a handsome, sharp-tongued boy
She meets a male supporting character while fleeing an arranged marriage? Oh, he’s the one who’ll die for her in the future!
Su Qinglin transmigrated into a book and became the tragic heroine destined to suffer both physical and emotional torment at the hands of the plot.
One of the male supporting characters, Tang Huang, is sharp-tongued and arrogant. In the end, he’ll die pierced by countless arrows for her.
When they first meet, she’s disguised as a man and running from her wedding. He only learns Su Qinglin’s identity later, and tries to keep his distance from the heroine.
Later on...
Su Qinglin is hunted by a deranged assassin, then Tang Huang risks his life to save her. The two seem destined to become entangled.
The plot falls apart: Why won’t this heroine follow the script? And now she’s teaming up with someone to tear down the whole production?!
