The protagonist, Zhuang Xiaozhi, is a nine-year-old boy. He accidentally picked up a book called Sky Detective Agency. The book writes about a place called Qishi Planet, where there used to be sky detectives flying in the blue sky who upheld justice, but the big bad mechanic captured all the sky detectives.
Zhuang Xiaozhi recited the spell in the book, and he was sent to Devil's Island on the strange stone planet. He had to complete the unfinished story in the book: protect the life here, rescue the trapped bugs, and also take on the responsibility of a sky detective-detective one case after another here.
