After a global virus outbreak codenamed "Red Fog", 32-year-old emergency doctor Lu Chen was infected while rescuing patients and became a zombie, as the outside world calls it, a "monster that eats flesh and drinks blood." But unlike other similar people who lost their minds and acted only on instinct, Lu Chen's consciousness was intact, and he even retained the memories, emotions and moral bottom line of the human period. He is trapped in a body that is gradually decaying and craving for raw meat.
