[Two male leads / forced love / System / younger man / xianxia / healing]
Lin Yuan transmigrates into a book, becoming the aloof immortal Venerable who drove his disciple to become a villain and was eventually killed by him.
From the start, he finds his disciple Shen Wang blocking the door, eyes glowing red. The look in his eyes makes it seem like he wants to take Lin Yuan apart and put him back together. To make matters worse, he’s been bound to a lousy System that nags him every day to raise the yandere disciple’s affection, or he’ll have to experience firsthand the original character’s fate of being ground to dust.
Lin Yuan: Thanks for asking, but whoever wants this immortal Venerable job can have it. I’m out of here!
But before he can even take a step outside, Shen Wang grabs his wrist and pins him against the wall. The young man smiles ominously. “Master, trying to run away again? Why not stay by my side? Then I won’t have to chase you down for fun every day.”
Help, why does this forced-love plot come with automatic upgrades?!
