The story takes place in the prehistoric world, where the world was first opened, thousands of races were established, two races of lich and demons were fighting for hegemony, and the human race was emerging. Taoism is divided into three religions: Renjiao, Chanjiao, and Jiejiao. Among them, Jiejiao advocates "there is no distinction between teachings" and accepts all living beings from all over the world as disciples. In one time, thousands of immortals came to the court, and the scenery was infinite. However, the shadow of the Conferred God Tribulation looms, and the future fate of Jiejiao is in jeopardy. Many disciples will die in the calamity or be listed as gods.
