Dodo: The Legend of the Eternal Mystery

(Major revisions underway) The Eternal Land is not a distant, foreign realm, but a hidden dimension that exists parallel to the real world. It lies at the far end of the stormy western sea, or deep within an underground world beneath lakes and hills. When a parchment letter sealed with liquid fire wax arrives after crossing three rainy seasons, how did the adventure team, already declared dead by the floating city, manage to send it to their sponsor? Different letters describe the same place, where illness and death do not exist, and youth and happiness last forever. Here, music, power, life, and all kinds of other delightful pursuits intertwine. Here, happiness lasts forever, and no one needs food or water. “We briefly seek eternity out of fear, then lose our humanity when we attain it.”
