The Windowsill the Ivy Never Reached

In a small northern city, the summer sun blazes. Lu Mengyi's youth is hidden in her diary, in every line she writes about Lin Qing; in the pounding of her heart as they brush past each other in the hallway; and in the sight of him running across the court, glimpsed through the window during evening study sessions. But youth is like a summer night breeze you can't catch, gentle yet impossible to hold on to. By the time the graduation photo captures them forever, she still hasn't confessed her feelings. Only a trace of bittersweet regret remains, scattered through that summer.
